Job Title:
AutoCAD Designer & Estimator
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 2D/3D architectural and structural drawings in AutoCAD.
- Perform material take-offs and detailed project costing.
- Coordinate with site engineers to update as-built drawings.
- Prepare bid and tender documents.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture or Professional AutoCAD Certification.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 years of professional drawing and estimating experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in structural detailing.
